At Political 360, we are committed to delivering your subscription on time and in excellent condition. Please read our refund and shipping policy carefully before placing your order. By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined below.

First Issue Dispatch Within 2 to 5 business days of subscription confirmation

Delivery Frequency – Monthly — 12  issues per year

Delivery Mode           – India Post / Private Courier — varies by location

Serviceable Areas    – All serviceable PIN codes across India

Please ensure your delivery address and PIN code are accurate at the time of subscription. Political 360 is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the subscriber.

Non-Delivery & Missing Issues

If you do not receive an issue within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at contact@political360.in. We will investigate and, where confirmed as a dispatch error on our part, will:

Re-dispatch the missed issue at no additional cost, or

Extend your subscription by the equivalent number of missed issues.

Please note that delivery delays caused by India Post, courier partners, natural events, or situations beyond our control do not qualify for refunds but may qualify for issue extensions at our discretion.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with Political 360 for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your subscription start date, subject to the following conditions:

The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the subscription activation date.

Refund requests made after 30 days will not be entertained, except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Partial refunds for used subscription periods beyond 30 days are not available.

To request a refund: Email contact@political360.in with your name, registered email, order ID, and reason for the refund request. Our team will respond within 3 business days.

If you want a refund, the magazine must be returned, and the copy should not be damaged in any way.

Cancellation Policy

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time by writing to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation. However, amounts already paid are non-refundable unless the request falls within the 30-day money-back window described above.

Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

Subscribers wishing to upgrade from a lower plan to a higher plan (e.g., 1-year to 2-year) may do so at any time by contacting our support team. The upgrade will be pro-rated based on the remaining value of the existing subscription. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current subscription period.

Address Changes

To update your delivery address, email us at least 7 days before the next issue dispatch. Address changes received after this window may not take effect until the subsequent issue.
