Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before subscribing to Political 360 magazine or using the political360.in website. By subscribing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
1. About Political 360
Political 360 is a Monthly Political news magazine published by P2 ADD Agency, founded and editorially led by Journalist Puttappa. The magazine is available in print and digital formats and covers political news, analysis, and data primarily related to Karnataka and India at large.
2. Subscription Terms
Subscriptions are available in 5 plans: 1-Year , 2-Year, 3-Year, 4-Year and 5-Year.
Subscriptions are non-transferable and valid for the registered subscriber only.
Your first issue will be dispatched within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation.
After full activation, you will receive one issue per month, totalling 12 issues per subscription year.
Subscription prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Payment
All payments must be made in full at the time of subscription. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. Political 360 does not store your card or banking credentials.
Currency: Actual charges will be in INR (Indian Rupees) at the prevailing exchange rate or the INR price displayed at checkout, whichever is applicable.
4. Intellectual Property
All content published in Political 360 — including but not limited to articles, photographs, graphics, data, political profiles, and analysis — is the exclusive intellectual property of P2 ADD Agency and/or its contributing authors. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of copyright law.
You may share links to our content and quote brief excerpts (with attribution) for personal or journalistic purposes. For licensing or syndication enquiries, contact contact@political360.in.
5. Acceptable Use
As a subscriber and user of political360.in, you agree not to:
Reproduce, sell, or redistribute our content without authorisation
Use our platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or databases
Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content from our website
Post or transmit any defamatory, offensive, or misleading content via our platforms
Misrepresent yourself or your affiliation when communicating with our editorial team
6. Editorial Independence
Political 360 maintains strict editorial independence. Our news coverage, political profiles, and analyses are produced without influence from political parties, advertisers, or any external entity. Advertising and sponsored content, where present, will be clearly labelled as such. Readers are encouraged to report any concerns about editorial integrity to contact@political360.in.
7. Disclaimer
The information published in Political 360 is intended for general informational and journalistic purposes only. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that all information published is error-free or complete. Political 360 shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or reliance on, any content published in our magazine or website.
8. Modifications to Service
Political 360 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its service at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice to subscribers in the event of any material change to the subscription service. In the event of discontinuation, we will offer a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of active subscriptions.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of Political 360’s services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage subscribers to contact us directly to resolve any disputes amicably. Most issues are resolved swiftly through our support team at contact@political360.in.
